When Ada from Elegance and Mommyhood
asked if I would co-host her Thursday Linkup I was so honored. I have tried linkups before and figured they weren’t my thing. So to co-host one as great as Thursday Moda I was honored. Ava is an amazing women and blogger. She has elegant style and writes a pretty insightful blog. She features bloggers each week and really takes a linkup to a whole new level. Due to her blog and linkup I have found so many new blogs I enjoy reading and gaining inspiration from. Ok I feel like I’m gushing now. So on to our linkup and Theme!
I love peach this spring (if you can’t tell just check out my last few posts). It’s such an easy color to style and honestly one I would consider a neutral! The tank I am wearing is from Fab’rik 2014. It’s a high/low with a sheer back. Honestly it is the softest tank I own. I love wearing it and have style it so many ways. When I got these jogger pants from modeling in the Southern Women’s Show I knew exactly how I wanted to style them for the first time! These pants are right up my ally. Soft, Comfortable, and so easy to style! I actually wore this to work and didn’t feel underdressed.
I’ll let Ada tell you about her blog:
“About 4 years ago, Elegance and Mommyhood was born. It is a blog about personal style on a budget, motherhood, real life updates, enjoying the simple things in life and a lot of mommy+me posts featuring my beautiful toddler girl, Vivian. On Thursdays I also have my own linkup called “Thursday Moda”, which is usually open around 11.00 PM Eastern on Wednesday nights. Rather than that you can find me on Instagram, Bloglovin or Pinterest. I welcome you to stop by and follow me”
Let’s take a moment and talk about this wall! I live in Carrboro and they have so many fun murals. I have been wanting to take picture’s in front of this wall in particular but the sun didn’t always cooperate and it’s a police parking lot so setting up my tri-pod isn’t always easy with the cars. I happened to stop by one morning before going to work and found it was almost empty so I pulled in and snapped away. Some people walked by, mostly just looked over their shoulder at me. Thank goodness no police came and fussed that I was in their parking lot. lol
