Grilled Fish in a Pineapple

My husband and I are on Vacation in Savannah so I asked Melissa from Adventures of a Frugal Mom to be a Guest Blogger today.  She is cooking up something amazing for you!
Here Kathi, Melissa, and I celebrating Melissa’s Birthday a week ago.  She is always so warm and happy to see anyone.  We met through blogging at an event and have become blogging friends.  It’s nice to see her as often as I do because she lives in Goldsboro.  I love reading her blog even though I am not a mom.  I have learned so many “Frugal Tips” from her and gotten idea’s for road trips.  I hope you enjoy her blog and guest post below as much as I do.

First I want to thank Lee for giving the opportunity to guest post today while she is off on her adventures. I am honored that she thought of asking me. She shares her life with her (native Mexican) husband of 22+ years, 3 beautiful daughters ranging from high school to college age, and 5 furbabies (2 dogs, 3 cats). With a passion for soccer, she attends games galore (the girls’ teams and her beloved Carolina Railhawks). Melissa considers her blog, Adventures of Frugal Mom, to be the “jack-of-all-trades blog,” as she covers everything from crafts, cooking, recipes, frugal tips, reviews, multicultural life, and more. Occasionally, her Shih Tzu, Allie, hijacks the blog to give her barking opinion. Follow Melissa and her adventures in and around her beloved home state of North Carolina.
