Exercising and the Struggles

I have decided to put my health first this year!  If I don’t I will continue to gain wait and be unhealthy.  So I searched for something that I could easily do.  For someone who does not exercise I didn’t want to over do it or kill myself.  Plus I know me and I won’t go to a gym.  Home workouts are the way for me.  I choose the Beach Body 21 Day Fix.  My first week was great!  I have adjusted my diet and am already feeling better.  Then to add in a 30 minute workout each day is not as hard as I thought it would be.  I did miss 2 days my first week due to a busy schedule, but I didn’t let it stop me.  I have decided slow and steady is the way for me.  Plus even eating different and the few workouts I can see a difference in my bloat.  Once I have lost the wait I want I will do a full recap and give recipe ideas.

Protein shakes are a big part of my diet. They are typically my first snack of the day and my favorite is the Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate!  YUM!
