Live In Leggings

I live in outfits like this in the Fall.  Super Soft tee, Comfortable Cardi, and of course Live In Leggings.  I got these at the #NSale.  I missed them last year but hearing everyone rave about them I decided to get them.  First I can say they are painted on tight, which of course means it hugs everything in and lifts my butt!  Score!  I did order a second pair 1 size up to see the difference.  Speaking of ordering I have been very frustrated this year with the Nordstrom Sale.  My local store doesn’t carry anything so I have to order everything I wanted.  Based on reviews I ordered certain sizes and found they didn’t fit.  Which means I have to return and order another size.  I decided with these jeans that I would order 2 sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.  I had read other bloggers doing this, ordering several sizes, it’s just a pain in the butt doing this.
I have been struggling with my weight these last 2 years.  For some reason I can’t get motivated to exercise.  My birthday is this week Sunday and I can’t deny that I am getting older.  Which means I need to buckle down and take back my body.  The main reason is I am noticing some health changes with the extra weight, plus I am uncomfortable in clothes these days.  Being comfortable is my top priority.  No one wants to sit all day with their pants cutting into their stomach.  Now I am sure many of you are going ‘um Lee you look great’, that is because I know how to dress for my body and stand just right for the camera lol.  I remember seeing my sister last year and she was shocked at my weight.  She goes ‘you look so skinny on your blog’.  I just smiled.  I learned from my mom years ago that if I don’t feel amazing when I look at a picture of myself then I destroy it.  So yes I delete blog pics, sometimes to the point I have to reshoot an outfit, to get a picture that makes me feel good about myself.

This weekend was the best I have had in a long time.  Friday the husband and I went to my mom’s so he could do some repairs.  My mom and I played Sorry, which I haven’t played since I was a kid.  It was so fun.  She ended up winning (3 out of 5).  Saturday the husband and I stayed in chatting, listening to music, and dancing.  It was fun to get tipsy and dance around laughing.  Sunday was so beautiful with low humidity in the low 80’s.  We opened the house and relaxed in the AM, then I met my Nana for Pizza and a Movie (Wonder Woman).  I really liked the movie.

I am having a hard time deciding on what to do for my birthday.  My mom wants me to go to a Winery.  My husband wants me to go to Japanese for dinner.  Honestly I want to stay home and play games.  We will see I have a few days to decide.

How was your weekend?  Did you do anything fun?
