Sangria

Lucky us…..my sister approved me sharing her Sangria Recipe.  So hold on to your seat!

The key is to use a good red!  I picked up a French Bottle from Trader Joe’s.  It is smooth!

Ingredients

1 Bottle of Red (Cabernet is best)
1 Lemon
1 Orange
1 Lime
2 tsp Sugar
Splash OJ (literally a splash)
2 shots Vodka
Raspberries (or use Raspberry Vodka)
1 can Diced Pineapple with juice
4 Cups Gingerale

Directions

Combine Wine, Lemon, Orange, Lime, and Raspberries and let sit overnight.
Before serving add Sugar, OJ, Vodka, Pineapple, and Gingerale

First I split the wine and fruit between two pictures and then I took out some of the fruit before serving to ensure enough room for the gingerale.  I will tell you everyone loved the Sangria, even the men! The first picture was gone in the first 30 min.  I highly recommend you make this for your next Summer gathering!  I will totally make this again.  It was so easy and my guests were able to serve themselves which made my life easier.

Tell me a drink you make for parties.
